Nice stay, quiet, there were some small things that weren't great, but for the price I challenge you to find better.

Perfect location to visit my cousin and Fredericksburg!
fast wi-fi for a work I had to complete. Wonderful that I had my own quite place so that I could get some work done before and after my visit.
Great communication with the office manager.

This property was very clean and comfortable, and had easy access to rooms. Parking was close to all rooms. Fully equipped suite, included dishesWe had a small dog, and they accommodated us in one of the dog rooms.
On the negative side, and very disturbing to us was the fact that the room was not ready at 4pm when we got there. After speaking to someone on the phone prior to our visit, I was assured that we would be in after 3. Unfortunately, it was close to 100 degrees outside and the only place with AC was the little gym. We sat on the treadmills with our dog for well over an hour. They did a great job cleaning and worked very hard, but could not cut us a break for the discomfort because "we booked through Expedia". We had to delay our dinner with family because of the delay.

I am very sorry that you had to wait a bit for your room to get cleaned, on a rare occasion this could happen when a prior guest does not check out on time. I always strive to provide 100% guest satisfaction and this includes having my guest rooms ready for a 3PM check in. However, since you pre-paid for this reservation through Expedia I was unable to discount the rate. Please feel free to contact me directly if there is anything I can do for you in the future, Again I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

It was nice to stay at a place I could cook my own dinners! The only thing I needed was a steamer.
