Our apartment was everything we needed. full amenities, clean and tasteful. The Aparthotel had a restaurant, bar, gym and small shop for snacks and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities were not bad, but the female receptionist working there was very rude and threw my passport. It was extremely disrespectful.

This was the perfect place for a family to stay. They were friendly, had board games for you to enjoy, clean and well maintained rooms, really helpful and knowledgeable about the city, super comfy beds and had a homely feel. Would recommend and definitely visit again.

Rooms are in perfect sizes. Near the Tram station. Toilets and kitchen are clean. Floors may need a little bit of cleaning… Requested beforehand to have both rooms at least at the same level but didn’t get it. The new receptionist is very nice and tried to put the room at closer level. I wished the coffee supply is refillable. Thank you!

The furnishings were very nice and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is for you to buy seasoning at the supermarket if you intend to cook. The salt and pepper downstairs for purchase in the lobby will run you 10 euros

A bit far from Amsterdam city centre however accessible by public transportation; tram and buses. The trip takes around 40-45 mins to reach the city centre which is the area of attraction. Overall comfortable stay.
