The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly and interacting with them was always a pleasure!
I booked this vacation through Expedia and they confirmed that it was an all inclusive hotel during the booking process. We were very disappointed to find out that it in fact is not. We spoke with several other guests who were told the same thing. The information seems to be purposely misleading. There is only one restaurant on the property which meant that we had to leave the hotel to get food. Transportation on the island is quite expensive and the food costs quite a bit as well.
The misinformation about the hotel being all inclusive affected the quality of our stay.

The bartenders were great Allen ,Kirsten, Billy and the rest I'm sorry I'm bad with names can't remember them all.

Loved the property. Very clean and staff was extremely nice. This is close to everything. I do want to say, if are coming here- please respect the wild life on the island. Keep an EYE ON YOUR KIDS and have them do the same.

They take immaculate care of the grounds, so its absolutely beautiful. The staff is incredibly friendly. Amazing food and fun activities planned for the whole week. Highly recommend.
