"I decided to ignore the bad reviews and booked a 3-night stay. We arrived early from our flight and the front desk was very welcoming. We asked if we could hang out at the Emerald Beach Cafe until our room was ready and the ladies were extremely friendly and instructed us where to go. The Resort is on the beach and beautiful.
