"The property is conveniently located and the view of the harbor is beautiful. Staff was helpful. The building is somewhat dated. Most mornings, the hotel ran out of breakfast items and restocking caused some delays. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. "

"We were in Sullivan for the week at an Air bnb and we decided to end our trip with a night in Bar Harbor. We've stayed in this hotel twice before in previous years and it's been nicely renovated since. We love that it is dog friendly and within walking distance from downtown Bar Harbor restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary water, breakfast foods, and snacks were a nice plus. Everything was clean and the check-in/check-out was efficient. We were able to check into our hotel rooms early which was great because we were in the area in the early afternoon. "
