"The place is newly renovated and clean. It is inside the walled Old Town and walkable to most tourist spots, shops, and eating spots. The location is close to the main street and does not involve a lot of steps going to the hotel (Dubrovnik is a city of steps/stairs, just FYi) but has some stairs inside going to the room. Just ask to be dropped off by the Ploce gate. The service is great, they respond to my inquiries promptly. Excellent stay overall."

"Wonderful large and clean apartment. Really comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Really friendly staff with great communication via email and in person. Lovely welcome drink of homemade liquor in our apartment which was delicious. Great to have a parking space, found the apartment easy to locate. It's in a good location near the cable car and approximately 350 easy enough steps to the Old Town. Didn't use the pool but looked inviting and very clean. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely room and staff. Inviting tub in room however there isn’t enough hot water available to fill the tub. So, if you are looking for a relaxing bath you won’t get it. We stayed here for 9 days and warned about the steep staircases through the many reviews. Backpack! no big luggages. However, that is not a big issue for us at all.
