We checked in around 930 and the lobby was closed by then. The room had a weird smell that stayed on all of our clothes and belonging. The room did not seem very clean either. I expected a better experience considering the price and the conditions of the property presented in the pictures.

It was a spacious room, clean, with clean kitchen. It was quiet.
I didn’t like the floors were cold, no counter space in the bathroom, no hotel amenities such as hair dryer, no tub, daily cleaning. No closet space or hangers. Water splashes out of the shower area.

Although we are an extended stay hotel and do not offer cleaning every day, if a guest requests cleaning everyday, we gladly accommodate your needs. The front desk is supposed to offer you a blow dryer upon check-in, so we do apologize for the mistake.

Z Loft Extended Stay Was Excellent
Posted 5 Aug 2021 on HotelsMy stay at this hotel was excellent and my first time. I was visiting family in St Robert area and the location was on point for my stay. The room was very comfortable and even included a washer and dryer which served its purpose very well. I would stay her again.
