"The hotel was in very good location it's close to everything, very convenient. Staff are very accommodating and excellent in customer service. Especially Mr Wong made it sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My daughter loves the little chocolates upon check in. Beakfast was good, its a short drive to downtown. Very clean room, highly reccomended."

"I found the price to be very nice. There was construction around the parking lot, but the hotel has no say so on that. Everything was ready for us on time, so no complaints. Staff was very friendly."

"Nice hotel, located in a quiet neighborhood. I had booked a suite with a lake view, I would have liked a suite on a higher floor but apparently it was under maintenance. Nice staff at check-in."

"Staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The phone in my room did not work. The tv remote had to be replaced. Refrigerator and microwave were clean, operational and handy. Coffee maker and free coffee was nice. Mattress needs to be replaced or at least flipped. Nothing major or serious needs to be done, but a little sprucing up would be nice."
