We loved the hotel. Good to have a private beach. Nice restaurant. Short walk to the public beach and pier 60. Quiet area. There is a convenience store and a cafe across the street

I must say this is probably the worst hotel I stay in last 20 years. This is certainly worse than Motel 6 or Super 8. I am eager to know on that basis 4* rating has been awarded for this property. It asked for extra parking charge. In total I paid nearly $250 for one night stay without breakfast. It's a simple money extortion, exploiting holiday rush. I squarely blame Expedia for promoting this property with such exorbotant rates. This hotel lacks basic facility, room is extremely small, furnitures are of poor quality, cramped elevator. I never seen such a small sized bathroom in the US. If there is an option I would rather rate this property in negative number. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. It really spoiled our family stay in clearwater beach.

Construction going on right outside the building. Very loud. Housekeeping went in room qhen told not to.

It’s expensive. Not worth it . It’s an average hotel . It’s under construction. I expected lot better for the money I paid . Parking also expensive compared to near by parking lots

We had a group of 7 ladies from Idaho headed out of Tampa for a cruise & stayed at this hotel. We booked our rooms in April & upon arriving in November we found out our two queen, two twin family suite had been given to someone else. We paid $751.45 for 2 nights. When the front desk told us they moved us to a 2 double bed room we explained that wasn't going to work, that didn't give each person in our room a bed to sleep on & we paid for a family suite not a double room. She said she was sorry but that's what she had. I asked if she had a manager available. She said she did & went and spoke to the manager that was about 5 steps away. She came out and said "I've got great news we will comp your parking". I told her that wasn't going to work we still wouldn't have a bed for each person & we ubered from Tampa airport. She then went back to the Manager & came back & told us she could give us a full refund if we didn't want our Double bed room. After looking around and everything being full I said, that's not an option. She went back to the Manager for the third time and came back with what she said was her final offer, a double room with a soft couch. I asked her if they were going to change our price and she had to go back to her manager and see. We had looked up the price & the double rooms were $179 a night we paid $339 a night for the suite. They told me they would credit me back half. Lied to again. I received $276 back. which means we paid $475 for a double

Construction all around us but was not told about it before arrival. Entrance to parking garage was so tight sometimes had to back up to enter. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
