Really enjoyed our recent two night stay here. Centrally located with easy parking next to the building. It is well positioned to be able to walk to downtown and waterfront to sample the local nightlife but far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. The breakfast offering is also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

Lovely inn! Highly recommend staying here. Kind staff. Clean rooms. Very welcoming atmosphere. Great location in a walkable part of the city. The price is extremely reasonable. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you The Inn on Third!

I loved the old style of the place. Attentive and friendly staff. Walking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood. I will definitely come back.

I came for an 80th birthday celebration of a dear friend along with several other friends and family. My friend had stayed at the Inn last year and suggested I stay there. When I called the staff were cheerful, friendly, helpful, and professional and when I arrived, they were just like that! The place is so comfortable, cute, well decorated, room was so very comfortable and perfect size for me. I loved it!!! I will definitely return when I visit St. Pete. One of the best places close to downtown St. Pete. Keep up the great work! You are a gem and an asset to the community.
