The ac was not working properly. I paid online and the man at the front desk gives me a room for disabled when I’m not.

We need to arrange a refund for this reservation. We received a receipt for the hotel however when we arrived in Clearwater Beach we were told by the Police at a Roadblock that Clearwater Beach was closed due to Hurricane Helene and there was no power and everything was closed including the hotel we were already charged for. We had to scramble to find other accomodations and we cannot reach anyone to inquire about a refund. THAT IS WHY THIS WAS A TERRIBLE TRIP AND HOTEL FOR US SINCE WE COULD NOT GET TO THE HOTEL. Please help us with a refund.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Clearwater, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the check-in process seamless and took the time to answer all my questions about the area. The lobby was bright and inviting, setting a wonderful tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was a fantastic feature, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save some money while enjoying a home-like atmosphere.
