I had to cancel due to a medical emergency They refused to help me either with a credit or refund. Wont be staying there ever again

Everything was great except for the following: 1. I was told that my credit card did not go through. I was on the highway and said I would call back. I called back 10 mins later and no one ever answered or called me back. 2. There was not a single tea bag in the breakfast room and no one to ask for one. I had to leave the hotel to get tea,

I liked the no key access.the t.v.remotes are a bit difficult..i have not recieved a copy of my bill but my friend did...could you please send it..thank you
