Close to the beach and beach access, clean, quiet, walkable to shops and dining - felt like the building could use a few modern upgrades but overall a nice stay

Property was awful. Broken stuff everywhere. Smelled like mildew. Horrible customer service. Over charged me for a fee not disclosed and Property won't make it right. Do not stay here.

We had to move from one room to another due to bed arrangements. The 2nd room/condo was ok...but no places to put luggage or hang anything up, unless it was in the hallway. The one bed was pushed up to the wall so you had to climb in. It definitely needs updates and a table that doesn't wobble. We were called after and said that housekeeping said they found pet hair in the room, however we didn't have any pets. Very disappointing overall. They also did not disclose the cost of cleaning until we checked in.

$95 cleaning fee for 2 nights for 2 ppl, no pets
Posted 2 Oct 2021 on HotelsWe booked our stay through Hotels.com and when we arrived the resort said we needed to pay additional $105...$10 parking and $95 CLEANING FEE for a 2 NIGHT STAY. Unit 501 was nicely decorated and comfortable but it needs a good dusting and the bedspread needs to be washed. The location is great and we had a nice ocean view but $95 for a cleaning fee for a 2 night stay for 2 people with no pets is bit steep for a unit that wasn't entirely clean.

This property is 1 block from John's pass, on the marina and across the street from a public beach.
Next door is Mad fish house restaurant which was excellent.
The condo was clean and a nice balcony.
Location was perfect.
The only negative ( not the properties fault)
The smell from low tide was awful.

The property was a bit dated and didn't have many amenities. However, our unit was spacious and had almost everything we needed, including beach chairs. Cleaning prior to our arrival could've been better. The pictures of the pool were a bit deceptive as far as the size but the hot tub was nice. Located close to a nice shopping area and walkable to many area locations.

Very clean and comfortable property within a short walk of the beach and St John’s Pass. Will definitely return.
