There is a lot of road noise from 19. There wasn’t anything awful about the property but also nothing that made it stand out. I would not want to stay for more than a weekend there.

Staff at front desk were amazing with suggestions for dining and shopping etc—very friendly and accommodating!

Upon arrival, I liked the quick check-in, the cleanliness of the room, the convenient location, the proximity of restaurants, the staff, everything was great.

We came here once a month, but have decided not to moving forward. We started having issues more and more, each time the issues start to rack up. First we got a parking side room even though we had requested pool side. . . Then fast-forward in July, we had the pool side room, but the pillow were small and flat giving us neck strain. In our August room, the AC was not working and so we were moved late in the middle of the night. Last month, we had a room where the bed was hard like rock. We both woke up with back aches for a few days. Then this last trip in Oct, they must have purchased new pillows because we were fuller, and we were given more than 2 each, which was great, but we were brought to the same room again from August, where the AC did not work. It blew cold air because the temperature was cool at night, but the AC was not fixed. The fan ran all night drying us out So they never fixed the problem. We were just a number, so we have decided to move our monthly trip to another hotel and go from there.
