Lights on the inside was crazy made it look day time all night .. no curtains to close.. wooden blinds left a lot of outdoor lighting..front door had a crack where you could see outside through closed door..Tv didn't work for 5 hours..

We rented a room from this property to enjoy the swimming pool when we got to the property we were told the pool had been closed for one to two months. We would not have rented if that was the case. It was very misleading. We were not told about the swimming pool being closed and extremely disappointing.

When I rented the suite I was thinking it one floor since I have 80 years old mother traveling with us she had to go upstairs all the time to use bathroom 15 stairs I did ask the staff if we can change the room I been told all villas are the same

Love this place, I always get the room with the loft on Bayside & it’s amazing.

Russ the manager was great. Cal in the office was so helpful. The girls in the dining area were so pleasant. I had no complaints at all on our trip

Great hotel with lots to do! Room was great but the fridge wasn’t working, alerted front desk and they were speedy with a response and solution. The beach is within walking distance, the pool was nice, the restaurant and live music was enjoyable and it was really fun to watch the big boats come in and out!

My family & I had a wonderful experience! Very convenient, wonderful service, staff was very helpful even at the water park next door. Parking was a breeze. I felt the our room was very nice, clean, beautiful layout, but the bathtub & kitchen area could use some updating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay & will look into doing another stay some time in the future.

The room had all kind of roaches, the manager claimed the charges were going to be reimbursed, but they didn't!!

large older hotel but clean and fascinating structure. all rooms covered by timber frame roof. mini golf course all the way down the middle. staff excellent.
