Staff were great. Food was pretty good. Location of room a bit noisy near stairs and laundry.

We have 5 people in the family so we reserved a room with 2 beds and sofa sleeper. They gave the room to someone else and blamed me for reserving the incorrect room until I showed them the receipt. Then they blamed Expedia. Then they blamed their computers. No accountability.
