Surrounding areas a little rough still, but the cleanup is going well. I would definitely come back! Great place to stay and seeing the dolphins play by the pool was amazing!

First the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to us when we arrived and not accommodating at all. Then when we arrived at our condo, it was dirty. The beds that were supposed to be queen size were clearly not. The beach chairs that were supplied, for our condo were absolutely deplorable, rusted, broken, and stained our clothes to the point where they were ruined, and we had to throw them out. Then the refrigerator froze our food and ruined it and we had to throw half of our food out as well. This was by far the worst experience we have had at a resort. The walls did not look clean, the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned at all. Probably be our last time here if something doesn’t change and we come to this resort a lot. Put a pretty bad taste in our mouths.

Loved it! Apartment was very cozy and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

our room 2005 b smoke was so stong from somone who smoked in this room before us!

We're sorry to read that someone had smoked previously smoked in your condo. Since all of our condos are non-smoking our housekeeping staff is usually very alert to this type of issue. Had you let us know when you checked in, we would have been glad to change your condo. We do hope that you will return to stay with us again in the future, to see that this is not typical of our rentals.

Easy beach access. nice bar, restaurant a 3 minute walk away. Right in-between St Pete and clearwater. Great place.

Room was extremely dirty and aged. There were boogers and dirt stains on the bed skirt. The walls throughout are in bad condition. We immediately found a roach in the bathroom. Found a dirty used cup halfway full of water sitting on the desk. The bowls in the kitchen cabinet looked dirty and the coffee pot wasn’t even cleaned as it still had coffee in it. The oven had burnt fries on the bottom. Place needs to do a much better job cleaning and updating the rooms. I would recommend a different place.
