A nice well maintained hotel. We had hired a car so the free car park opposite was a bonus. Near to many restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was good. Roof top bathing area with a pool was super, if cold, just what you needed in the heat.
Room was nice and clean but bed a bit hard.

Excellent, safe, clean and great location
Posted 26 Apr 2024 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay at Santana. I came on my own with my 2 children and felt really safe.
The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for wandering around or getting buses.

Lack of air conditioning surprising
Posted 10 Apr 2024 on HotelsGreat location for the bus station and reastaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet has something for all tastes and food cultures. However, the lack of air condition meant that our room temperature was a constant 25 degrees which was way too warm for a comfortable night's sleep. With traffic noise and Saharan dust outside, sleeping with the balcony door open wasn't really an option. The hotel lent us a fan which helped somewhat but as a 4 star hotel we thought air conditioning came as standard but clearly not.

Malta
Posted 29 Dec 2023 on Hotelsroom not ready on time, no electric sockets at side off bed, took nearly an hour to find us an extension lead to plug my husbands oxygen in, couldn't get a drink at happy hour, not enough staff, no proper queuing system, on the good side room large, clean and comfortable, staff pleasant, food in dining room good and outside happy hour getting a drink was okay and avalible staff attentive.
