Every department & member of staff were all extremely helpful and available for any assistance, lovely rooms and facilities and the food & drinks were fantastic. "Very good customer service, staff was attentive and helpful. Transport from hotel was very safe and convenient. Busses ran on time and on a whole everything was cost effective, especially the shop within the hotel. Also the hotel decor is fitting regarding the time it was built. There are mordern hotels in the area, but it is obvious these buildings have been built recently and cannot be compared to Bella Vista Hotel."

"The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They served dinner later in the evening and having the restaurant connected to the guesthouse was very convenient. Malta has decent public transport, but we did not use it, as it was easy to walk around. There was also a grocery store, Spar, around the corner about 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!"
