We were there out of season so it was very quiet and the staff seemed a little challenged in knowing what to do. The beach is great and the grounds are super. "This was the WORST hotel experience we've ever had. 1) The beds do not have any foam so basically you lie on a piece of wooden board. Literally. We actually checked.
