"The hotelroom was the most clean hotel room I have ever been in. Overall really clean and in good condition. Service was ok, but would have appreciated a few smiles from the staff. One big minus comes from the noisy room. The street noises came through the windows, and over all not good sound insulation. "

"Fantastic stay! This is my second time at the property and it’s such a value. They have great staff at the front desk at all times, their hotel is pristine - the hallways, lobby, elevators, breakfast area and rooms are so clean and well maintained. Their decorations for Christmas were such a nice touch but even outside of Christmas it was classy and well decorated. The candles/scent they use is such a nice touch too. "Great spot in old Tallinn just around the corner from the Town Square. The sauna is complete with a pool, hot tub, steam room and traditional sauna. Beds were very comfortable and pillows can be individualized. Super stay!"

"This was a really nice stay! Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything! Bed was clean and comfortable, roomy suite, and the sauna was lovely! Only downside was there was not a shower, the attachment in the bathtub required you to be sitting down, which turned out slightly inconvenient for us. "

Excellent location, great facilities.

"Had a great stay at Nordic Forum Hotel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Room had all the amenities - kettle, hair dryer, fridge, safe, slippers, robes. 2 water bottles were provided on the first day and there were complementary drinks in the mini bar. Bathroom was spacious, with Elemis products. There was also a bidet. The location of the hotel was fabulous, literally on the outskirts of the old town. Less than 10 mins walk to the town square. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. Didn’t try the Breakfast but saw the offer and it looked great, lots of variety (€22 pp). Overall, would highly recommend and would come back again. In terms of improvement, would be good if there was milk provided in the room (for the tea). The room was a little warm for me personally. My room also faced the main road and I found it a bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper, I would ask for a room that faces the internal well/courtyard. Towels weren’t changed during our stay but it was only 2 nights so wasn’t a big problem. "
