"Large room, very clean, great shower good food and wonderful staff. I booked through hotels.com then upgraded through hotels.com. The upgrade was amended in plenty of time. The upgrade wasnt passed on to the hotel."

"This is in a great location but the room was a little grubby with the toilet needing to be flushed when we arrived and what felt like crumbs in the bed. The staff are helpful but their systems are soooo slow, taking a very long time to add anything to the room."
