First class hotel.
Posted 24 Sep 2023 on HotelsFirst class hotel with excellent service and accommodating staff. Restaurant was superb. Some rooms are smaller than one would expect for a hotel of this price-point, but staff was able to move me to a larger room with a lovely view.

Unfortunately it is a smokers paradise. Lobby and entire ground floor is smoking. In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids.
There are far better ways of catering to both audiences.
Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

Not sure how much value my comments can add. I had an amazing stay. Easily one of my best ski holidays ever. Yes, the rooms may not be cheap, but it is worth every Swiss Franc you pay.
