I have stayed here multiple times, but this was the first time the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned (soap bar rings and hair in bath, urine on toilet seat and front, etc.). There was a loose tile and toilet was steadied by a wad of cardboard (room 108).

Have stayed here before. An older motel showing its age in places, but good staff and reasonably priced for location.

There was no phone in the room, which I think is kind of odd. The room was clean, but very simple. Would not be a first choice. Also, was overpriced for what we got.

Convenient but not walking distance to St Michael. That's the only real advantage of this place.
The water smelled AWFUL like rotten eggs! We didnt shower while we stayed here bc the water was rancid.
Bathroom fan sounded as if it was going to fall out of the ceiling.
Bathroom outlet didnt work.
Beds are creaky with paper thin pillows.
There is breakfast, poor signage leaves you on a scavenger hunt for it. Minimal options of poor quality.
I would not recommend staying here for more than 1 night.

The hotel lobby is quant and clean - the rooms I would call average. Our comforters (we had 2 rooms) had some sort of stain or wear on them (one in each room 2 doubles in each). My main complaint was the loud rowdy neighbors we shared on the other side of us - very loud until around 1:45 am (when I could finally fall asleep). My comment to the hotel is to increase the sound resistance between rooms - I could literally hear a neighbor yacking the next morning :( . Otherwise, decent place to sleep for a night.
