Posted 13 May 2024 on HotelsI have requested a quiet corner room while making the booking and upon checking in on arrival i was told to pay an extra R200 for the quiet room which i did pay to my surprise the following day I was asked again to pay an extra R200 ... which i did pay as i did not want to move to an other room...I really feel so disgusted about how people can be so so greedy when it comes to money that we will leave behind when dead...the place was even too noisy with the occupants upstairs.

Dear SergeYou have booked the smallest cheapest unit that we have (Inyoni). Inyoni is situated close to the parking area. Since you have requested a quiet room, we have given you the OPTION TO CHOOSE upon arrival if you would like to upgrade to a bigger unit, IMPUNZI which is on the other side of the parking area. The IMPUNZI unit's rate is R200 more per day as it is much larger unit with a sea view. You chose to upgrade to the bigger unit and paid the R200 extra per day. You did not have to upgrade, the INYONI unit that you have booked was ready for you, you chose to move to the IMPUNZI unit. I feel this is very unfair to now give us such a low review score just because we offered a different unit which you agreed to pay for. This is NOTHING to do with greed. It is business. If you would like a larger unit, the rates are then also different due to obvious reasons.

Posted 11 Jan 2020 on HotelsApartment was well equipped and spacious. Make sure that you do not get apartment 2 - Imvubu as this apartment is located right next to the generator. Loadshedding happened at 1 am on our first night there and sleep was impossible once the generator kicked in.

Pros: View, staff, owner
Cons: Bath needs reenameling otherwise nothing
Location: Convenient for all the local attractions
Fantastic time in the area. Felt safe in the accommodation.

What a lovely place!

Pros: We really liked everything. It was comfy, airy, spacious, clean and welcoming.
Cons: Everything was as it should be, I cannot name a thing for improvement.
Location: As mentioned the location is really ideal for being close to excursion sites but removed from the main strip. There are many things to do close by.
We were traveling from the northeast corner of South Africa to St Lucia and arrived fairly late in the evening. Check was not a problem. Bianca and the ladies in the office made us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was well managed, clean and comfy. A perfect home base for all of our excursions while staying in St Lucia. Which was made easy by Bianca, she made all the arrangements for us. The room was well equipped for self catering, all the kitchen and preparation accessories one could need were provided. The property is located well off the main strip, which allows for quiet evenings and personal parking. Everything was close enough to walk or bike to, if you choose.

Pros: The staff. Comfy and spacious. Nice environment.
Cons: As you cannot drink the water, it would be helpful if a drinking water station was on the property to refill bottles.

Had a fantastic time in st Lucia. A quiet lovely town close to wildlife and natural environment. Hippos and crocs abound. We walked everywhere. A bit of a disadvantage not to have vehicle as tours are expensive. Great beach and estuary walks. Have to stay in after dark due to wandering hippos. Our self catering unit at Little Eden was perfect for us. Modest, friendly, everything we needed. Nice small pool with beautiful views toward the ocean. The best staff! Great fruit at the street market. Restful and peaceful.
