When I say this time when I stayed at this location witch mind you I've always loved, The morning staff was so rude..... I was rebooking my room and they said it was sold out. And treated me like I wasn't a regular and dont spend money with them at least twice a week, and despite of me using a third party im still a gold member and always reserved an upgrade witch I've never been overcharger for. And I explained that to them and they didnt care at all. So i guess you've lost an customer do to them being rude as hell.

I love ths hotel. The location is perfect for Clayton, Forest Park, and the Del Mar Loop. The rooms are always clean. The staff are always friendly and cool. Parking is free, which is a plus for a decent hotel in the city. Recommended.

Love this STL gem! The room was great. The fridge had not been cleaned out, but this didn't bother us.

Easy parking and check-in, appealing decor, but bed was uncomfortable with too-soft, well worn mattress and very poor sound insulation between rooms, I could follow the neighbors conversation and hear them moving about their room.

The shower only gave a mixture of scalding hot and freezing water—half and half. So it was impossible to enjoy that and one of the worst showers I have ever used! Husband had the same shower extend we told the front desk. Room 523
