We booked a double Queen room. Upon arrival we were given a single king. They informed us this was an issue with Expedia not them. They had another guy in front of us whom was in the same situation.
They asked him for proof of what he booked and he couldnt produce it as far as beds. They informed me that we could have a rollaway bed at an extra charge. I showed them that we had booked 2 queens and I was not paying for an extra bed. It took some talking and more of wasting my time but they finally waived the roll away bed fee. What an experience take my money, changed my booking, and expect me to pay more. What a joke for customer service.

Half of elevators are out of service. Booked room as casino visit. Long walk across skyway to backside of casino, then down two story's of steps to a methan sewer gas smell corridor around casino. Didn't get back to room untill late. Got up in morning going to shower and found not one towel or washcloth in the room.

Location was ok. Not many places to have breakfast. Staff wasn’t very friendly. I even heard them making a nasty comment about a paying guest. No WiFi. Attitude. Only friendly staff was Don always very respectful and a smile on his face.

The property itself was nice, clean and great area, staff was super nice but the rooms where dirty and not fresh.
