Everyone who worked there was exceedingly friendly, saying hi even when you just passed them in the halls. The breakfast was high quality, property was well taken care of, close to our entertainment (Casino Amphitheater). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Changed rates after we pre-paid!!
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsPaid for the hotel stay in advance, 2 months prior. When we were checking in, found out someone had increased our rate. The on duty manager said they are not supposed to do that and she corrected it. The next day, we had been out all day. When we got back to our room, our room keys didn't work. Had to go back down to the front desk carrying all of the stuff we had purchased that day and the woman working the desk gave me major attitude and tried to say that we had done something that deactivated our keys. She finally resolved the issue by providing new keys.
