The first hotel room they gave us had nothing on the beds, not even sheets. The second one they gave us had bathroom lights and lamps but no ceiling lights

Being from out of state, I was happy that they were able to get us in our room 1 hour before check in! Thank you!

Breakfast not great. When checking in, the room keys were not working. Got them replaced, still didn't work. Apparently battery was down. Overall, the hotel wasn't in great condition. Smelled weird too.

They didn’t have any keys to the rims when we checked in. Their machines were down. Their pool is out of order and not working as advertised online.
