Bathroom shower tiles could do with more attention to cleaning. Otherwise, pleasant stay and welcoming staff and owners. The room we stayed in was at the back of the property and and you could hear downstairs occupants early early AM which did disturb our sleep. However, the B&B was a pleasent stay
Its located within a 20 min walk to the Old Town and central shopping areas. 5 mins walk from the pier. Local.corner shops too.

St Leonard-on-sea is great!
Posted 3 Jun 2024 on HotelsOur short stay was wonderful. Beverly and her staff were very kind, helpful and full of local knowledge of the essentials of what to do, where to go and how to get there! We loved the location and couldn’t want for better breakfasts. We hope to come back again.
