The caravan was very good except for the fact that it absolutely reeked of smoking. Particularly bad for myself with asthma but very unpleasant for anyone else.

Disappointing

You did stay in the room (van) you selected from the options of rooms.

Light bulb not working in the lounge
Outside light not working
Poor communication from owner regarding caravan number and keysafe number

I am sorry that you found that my sending an email 3 days and 24 hours before your arrival was poor communication of the van number and keybox code. I am also sorry to hear that two bulbs were not working, a simple call or text would have fixed this. I am so glad however that you liked the saucepan set so much that you took them with you, and that you felt all the beds needed bringing into the lounge for you to sleep on.

I loved the setting - in woodland. The Park is large and a maze to negotiate. I stayed in a bronze rated caravan and it was ok. I like the freedom of caravan living being able to come and go and cook as I please.
