Second time visiting and very pleased. Beautiful property and great views. Exceptional staff that makes you feel right at home. I look forward to returning next year.

My son was awakened every morning at 5:30am by the rooster owned by the people across the street.
The menus offered by the restaurants (except Oro) was limited.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but in the end the resort overcharged me by more than $6K USD.

The majority of the staff here are fantastic and helpful, the hotel is looking tired and worn but most disappointing was the hotel is not kept clean and dirty throughout.
