Beachfront view.Sea impacting property,no lifeguards.Beach access needs RBPF presence/observe.Reinforce policies who has access to property/24hrs,more security /BDF style front and back;perimeter cameras for guests vehicles parking and lights,taller fence,,update amenities,need security lighting public access locals loiter....

The staff was very friendly and quick to respond if we needed any help. The property is dated but they were making small improvements during our stay there. We loved our sea view room, watching the morning sunrise. The close proximity to restaurants was great. Bring your walking shoes! We would stay there again.

Dover Beach Hotel will be seeing me again soon. I loved my room, the bed was super comfy and the staff were super nice and helpful. I did not get an opportunity to eat at the restaurant but my friends who did loved their meals. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for taking so good care of us!

Great for long term stays since there is a fridge, microwave & electrical tea kettle. It's been around awhile, but it's clean and has 24 hour security along with 2 pools and a restaurant. The standard room was very large with lots of storage area, large bathroom, good hot water in the shower stall and sink. The space is larger than some apartments in desirable areas in Manhattan (NY). People in the open areas talking makes it a bit noisy

A little outdated. Pool was dirty and cloudy by our building. Pool by the pink building was perfect. Staff was good
