I like friendly and professional staff. Pancakes weren’t very fresh, a bit hard.

Nice property but be aware of the outside guests with wristbands who purchase a day pass and take up ALL the chairs at the pool and sea area. Plus they are loud . Not the most relaxing time

We
Over the hotel but st Julian’s was full of youngsters drunk and partying and very noisy . We just stayed in the hotel which was fab or went into Valletta

I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were outstanding, spa was lovely, pool areas clean and gardens well maintained. There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. Transport links across Malta were so easy and regular, made day trips out really easy to explore.
There is currently building works adjacent to the hotel (a new mall and Hard Rock Cafe hotel by the looks of it - which will look amazing when complete). Although this was across the road but behind the hotel you could not see or hear this from the room or.by the poolside - did not interfere with the holiday at all.
