This use to be a nice place in the past so we came back and it’s dirty, mold in the bathroom, no hot water, coffee just out of the kitchen cold. The toilet tank took too long to fill to flush. Saggy hall carpets. Terrible and will never stay there again.

Room smelled musty and felt humid. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it — the bathroom smelled musty & moldy. An overall lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance!

They are terrible!!!

I paid through hotels.com for the room. When I got there, they took my card for the $100 incidentals and gave me the keys. Five minutes later, they called to let me know that the third party payment didn't get to them and they needed me to pay for the room. I called hotels.com while in the lobby and while waiting on hold, the person behind the desk called several other people to tell them their payments had declined, as well. THEN, they wouldn't cancel my reservation and now I have no onekey and no refund!

Dirty room and the hotel it's self was just gross. The carpet felt gross wouldn't walk around barefoot.

The property is in dire need of a deep cleaning/refurbish for all areas. The carpet throughout the facility is so dirty it is slick. Same goes for the furniture. The pool deck was very dirty, the paint in the pool is peeling, the water was not heated and there is no hot tub as advertised. They didn't have enough bath towels in the entire motel to give extra towels for our family of four OR supply towels for the pool. The lobby bathrooms were closed/locked with signs on them that stated "For Employee Use Only". So if your room bathroom was in use or you needed the bathroom at the pool you were just out of luck. The hotel staff were indignant and rude about the lobby bathroom closure and refused to open it for use. They did not tidy the room up daily, restock coffee or take the trash. I would absolutely NOT recommend this motel.

The girls at the front desk was very nice but not real good with the check in. After I got to my room she called me back down telling me my card, repeating the last 4 digits did not go through. First of all the last 4 numbers she repeated were not on that card or any card I have. And it did go through just fine I just think she failed to put it in properly. Like I said though, she was really nice.

The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaints would be the did not come into the room and pick up trash or change the towels, We were there 4 nights and not one day did they exchange towels. We also had to run down to the lobby for toilet paper.
