The property is very scenic. Beautiful water views, beach is clean with no weeds, has hiking trail up a hill and more! However, the service is poor. Keep running out of food (sodas, lemons, spoons, glasses!) Silly why management will let these things happen.

I thought the whole experience was great. They ran out of food at times and not a variety of food.

This property is located in St. John and there are not too many activities inside the resort during the day. They do have nightly performances. The property is out of reach from the town and through some not so favorable area hence forth it’s not safe to wonder off the property.

Lobby area smells so nice, fresh and clean, but rooms need to be updated, majority of the staff members were not friendly, they look like they don’t want to work, long wait to order a drink, buffet needs to have more variety of food, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom,. I would also suggest a dehumidifier in the rooms since it’s so humid that the sheets feel wet. Steakhouse is not so great, neither Italian restaurant But everything else is good, Nice pool area and bar, beautiful beach, but I would also suggest for travelers to carry repellent. They also need more entertainments.
