I reserved a room on the bottom floor and wasn’t notified until check-in that no rooms were available on the ground floor. I tend to get swollen feet while traveling and got that room in case I had that issue. I would have liked to be notified that it wasn’t available prior to getting to Antigua. On the first night, I came in to a leak in the bedroom coming from the next room. The second night, the kitchen sink was on in my unit even though I never touched the kitchen. The third night, a huge roach was on my bathroom counter. I didn’t know that I wouldn’t receive new towels or toilet paper, especially after I used my towels to wipe up the water from the leak.

I had a late check in and the lady was very pleasant and accommodating towards me. The place was very clean. The TV signal was great and the A.C worked well and there are local shops. I would have liked to see a bigger bottle of water in the fridge than what was provided (it was a small bottle) and perhaps a small snack. But other than that, I was happy with my choice.

The check in experience is chaotic. The room I was assigned per the booked room was changed, putting me in a very uncomfortable single bed and untidy room. The bathroom did not have soaps, toilet pepper, and appropriate towel. The room.was so tight and unfortable that we had to squeeze our portable crib fpr one of our infant. I had to sleep in the two seat coach to give space to my partner and our other infant. This is a very mediocre service. I wish I had find an alternative hotel. Unfortunately i arrived at the premises after 8.30pm
