All good. Rooms are spacious. Questionable something under the couch mattress on the fold out bed. Not cleaned.

We had booked to stay at this facility for two nights. Within the first hour, we realized we made a mistake and enquired about cancelling the second night. The over worked and under staffed front desk team were gracious in allowing a refund for the second night. The room itself was clean and nice, but everything else, from the high crime location and industrial view out the window, to the unsupervised children running around in wet swimming gear because the pool door lock had been defeated and no room key cards were required to unlock the pool door, negated the enjoyment of the room itself. Common areas were in desperate need of a thorough vacuum. None of the 110 volt outside outlets worked to plug in our EV using its 110 volt/12 amp standard plug (same as a portable hair dryer). There was a visibly intoxicated youth in the lobby area when we checked in. I would not recommend staying at this facility as it is currently managed.

Mike, I am happy that you found the room clean and nice. Our location being situated near the airport is convenient for our guests.I checked the pool lock and it is operating properly with only guests with room keys can access it. I will speak with our Housekeeper regarding the hallway carpets. The outside plugins are for the winter to plug in vehicles. The youth in the lobby was dealt with as we have security that took care of the situation. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay or our location.

Staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Winnipeg Polo Park!!!!!
