The courtyard room was really lovely with a nice balcony and partial sea view. Unfortunately it was really noisy from other rooms so I didn't sleep very well. Very beautiful and spacious grounds, well maintained grounds. Staff were hardworking and friendly

It was lovely but rooms were very hot and our bed was quite hard

Thank you for sharing your review. We do have a 24 hour reception who would have been happy to arrange a mattress topper or additional bedding, most guests love our beds but we understand that bed firmness is a personal preference.

Liked the grounds that were quiet and well kept.

The staff were welcoming. Restaurant food and service were excellent. The grounds were very well maintained with some lovely walks. It was convenient to walk down the path to the beach not far away.

Very beautiful setting, staff very friendly and helpful 5stars for them, the room was very nice with a very lovely large bed. Easy walking access to st ives but getting a cab back is a good idea.
I would avoid room 84 as the veiw is overlooking the glass roof of the pool and you can hear everything happening in bar downstairs, but that is a minor inconvenience, I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Lovely hotel and great family facilities.
Only a short walk to St Ives.

What an amazing place, very impressive as you arrive at the gate and drive towards the hotel. I’m surprised this is 3 star as I would most certainly rate it as a 4 star.
Would definitely recommend and will be staying again
