It was just what I needed relaxing in the hot tub looking right out the window and I see the bridge all lit up . Spectacular view

Upon checking in I was immediately met with racial profiling. My partner and I noticed red marks on her body. As I was sleeping she woke up screaming "theres a bug on my pillow!" I then jumped up and saw that it was a bed bug. I stripped the bed and found 2 more. we packed and went to the front desk. staff had thee worst attitude about the situation as if we brought them. telling me they do not give refunds under any circumstances and if we were itching we should have told them as soon as we felt the itching. Staff felt like we were trying to get a free room. i have pictures and video of the bugs. The bug was fat which means it just fed on my parter. she offered my partner $50 back on a 2 night stay. We asked more questions and was met with the worst snarky attitude i could have ever endured. the disrespect 1 experience was totally uncalled for when their are bed bugs in your establishment!!!!

The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible as well had to leave a day early because we couldn’t sleep in the bed one more night. Staff was very nice had no problems checking in or checking out. For the money we paid I would expect to at least have a comfortable bed. Will not go here again.
