Wow! Excellent in every way. Fantastic spa, restaurants, bars. 2 minutes walk to shops.
Stayed in platinum room so would recommend having balcony.
The breakfast was the best I’ve had in my travels, wide variety of options and superb staff.
The rigatoni restaurant just 30 seconds away was amazing food as well

Had such a grate stay my room was excellent breakfast one of the best I have had in a hotel and the staff are extremely friendly.
I will definitely book hear again

Favourite place in St Helier. Silver room are a bit small but the hotel is very comfortable and a good spa and breakfast to enjoy.

Very nice hotel and breakfast, elevated level for sure. Gym and spa excellent, only criticism would be jacuzzi temperature too cold however that is splitting hairs. Cafe Zephyr food was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel, just as been in the trade the breakfast serving staff , yes be happy and smiling and yes have a laugh but not near guest as they may feel your laughing at them , just looking around on what i saw, but apart from that great hotel
