We had a lovely time. The staff were great - so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Delilah, who was really super.

Excellent location, extremely friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, didn’t have an evening meal but it looked good. The bar was great, again very friendly and talkative and SKY sport was available when requested.
We will definitely book again for our next visit.

We got this at an ok price. However the room was tiny. We asked in the evening before if the not working lamp on the desk can be fixed. No luck until we left 2 days later. When looking to plug in electricity lots of dust under the bed and bedside tables. Restaurant was closed at the first half of the week. So had to walk around town at 9pm to find food (don’t arrive late). Breakfast is limited. I can see staff is trying. Needs some serious sprucing up.

Thank you for your review Christian,I am sorry to hear you had some issues with our lighting that it was not resolved quickly enough and that your room was not to your liking. Unfortunately, Jersey being a small island something have the tendency to drag along and only certified electricians are allowed to touch any of our electrics so we need to wait for them. Regarding the room size, I believe our rooms are similar to our competitors and perhaps even better. They do come in different variants, so if you ever find yourself back in Jersey and decide to stay with us, kindly speak with reception prior to your arrival and we will do our best to give you the best room to suit your needs. I will speak with our housekeeping team and make sure they receive your feedback about their dusting skills. I would have to disagree with you regarding our restaurant being closed for the first half of the week - Our restaurant is closed only on Mondays so our team can take a well-deserved break. Any other night we are wide open and very happy to take as many bookings as possible :)

You never actually stayed at the hotel, the booking was made without credit card details and nothing was charged, the booking was made in the early hours of the morning, we were fully booked so apologies this booking went through.We receive glowing reviews so were surprised to read this.
