Lift available to first floor apartment. Lovely bedroom lounge area, comfortably furnished, high ceilings. No view but gave the feeling of being in our own world.
Kitchenette had microwave and toasted sandwich maker, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
The bathroom was suitable for people with all levels of mobility. The shower curtain didn’t contain the water within a small area, so the floor was quite wet after a shower and a possible fall hazard. I would like to suggest providing a mop for easy clean up.
Apart from this the apartment was a pleasure to come home to at the end of the day.

Posted 11 Aug 2024 on HotelsStayed for two nights and the apartment had everything you can ask for. Very comfy living area and a nice size bathroom. The decor was a little odd in parts of the appartment, but was still cool.. My only complaint was the size of the second bedroom and the fact only a curtain was used, was more like a closet than a bedroom.

Gas fire place didn’t work no control . blinds no windows would open ceiling Aircon panels very very dusty .

We were given a handicapped suite without notice. No vanity, no built in shower so the whole bathroom floor got wet when you showered leading to wet feet every time you went to the toilet. Shelf above the basin made it impossible to wash or shave your face. Mould in the grout lines of the shower wall and floor tiles. Only one tiny window that was 2.5m off the floor that you couldn’t see out of.
Central location but very disappointed overall

Hello Andrew, We are a smaller boutique property with 9 Suites, and all suites are different in design and size. Suite 5 is one of our larger suites, with a larger bathroom, and we do recommend this suite if guests require additional accessible help. This suite is for everyone to enjoy, and not just for our 'handicapped' guests. Our cleaning record is impeccable, and your mention of mould really disappoints me, as our suites are constantly praised for their cleanliness. My wonderful staff really pride themselves for the great work they do, and our reviews reflect this. So I am very disappointed to hear that there was mould, and will rectify this pronto. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us Andrew, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of travels in Tasmania. Take care.
