Very rustic hotel, needs some attention, Wi-Fi coverage poor in the rooms, TV selection doesn't correspond with guide in room, otherwise beds, linen etc in good condition. Food in restaurant alright buy fairly pricey.

St Helena Bay Hotel

When we checked in we were informed that payment was still outstanding. I informed them that we made payment to Hotels.com. When we got to the room, the bathroom were dirty, we had to go ask for hand towels, the balcony looked like it was under construction, there were pieces of concrete everywhere, they didn't even bother to sweep the balcony, the room was full of dead flies. The breakfast was the worst ever!! And to top it off, when we checked out we were informed again that they are still awaiting payment. The lady at reception was clearly not impressed when I told her to sort it out with Hotels.com, as we made payment to them. I will not advise anybody to book accommodation at this hotel.
