Villa Kaya is gorgeous, super clean, very stylish. Stayed in SeaShell Villa10 nights. Staff including Agatha at breakfast and her staff, gardener so pleasant, the cleaning crew, everyone was so caring and friendly. Mia, the manager is wonderful, on hand and responds very quickly to any needs, as does owner. The breakfast was more diverse and yummy than we thought it would be. Nice to share big table and conversation with very nice guests.
The villa is gorgeous, modern, furniture super comfortable, and we could have hung on that deck for weeks! Stunning views of the beach and the glorious sea. It's fun to be able to swim or paddle board from the lower deck. Sea conditions were not always on our side, so snorkeling there wasn't worth it but with less cloudiness it could be interesting. 2 min walk to beach. Kaya has 4 parking spots. We ate mostly at Savvy's at Cinnamon which is walkable though we drove. 2 restaurants on Morne Rouge Beach were not good. In fact, by no fault of the Villa Kaya, La Plywood bar on beach gave us some grief with constant loud base booming (sometimes all day), sometimes just at night. Beware, best to go out Saturday night somewhere else if you don't want to have to listen to house music (not Caribbean music) blaring from Plywood. Owner is trying to do something about it.
Other than that, Villa Kaya is a winner all around. Beautiful, so well situated, relaxed, quiet at the actual resort, and worth the money. We loved it. Thanks.
