Everything was really good. I love the staff and appreciate everything. My ONE MAJOR issue was the food. Not good at all. This has to be addressed.
This is an island. Not one morning in my 5 mornings was there Grenadiab breakfast as a choice - every morning was American breakfast! This is a Caribbean island - we are only catering to white guests??? Major issue for me. Do better.

My kids and I spent 6 nights at True Blue and had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and very helpful at arranging activities to explore the island. We loved listening to live music at the dodgy dock, exploring the bay with kayaks, swimming in the pools, doing yoga (amazing space and instructor) and lounging around the resort’s many comfy spaces.

This family-owned/operated resort is amazing…from the views, to the staff, the facilities, activities, and food…you feel instantly at peace and cared for. The staff was always available for a ride to town, the beaches, airport, etc… the true blue beach, at the end of the road, is a local gem of a spot, easy to walk to from the property and full of starfish, conch, and sea anemone. We will definitely head back again in the future!

Wifi isn't fast enough for stable streaming which was important to me.
While front desk and auxiliary staff were pleasant. The dinning staff is either a hit or miss. From sometimes pleasant and engaging to sometimes downright disrespectful. I skipped free (limited) breakfast a couple times just to avoid being grumpily treated in the morning. Still don't know what that's about.
As you can see in the other reviews there is definitely some training to be done regarding hospitality for a portion of the staff. It really takes away from the experience.
Other challenges that exist that may concern a visitor:
Flies. Can't leave your table if there is food on it. Flies land on the food being shared as well. Not sure if the problem is seasonal or islandwide... but it is problematic enough to mention. And having someone at the breakfast station at all time to ensure flies are not dancing on the sausages seems reasonable.
Breakfast staff seems understaffed which may contribute to the general no smiles, low patience, grumpy attitudes. You're not allowed to take out your own food at the buffet but there is no one there to serve you for long periods as the person is making omelettes on another station - so you're standing there waiting and can't leave any food on your table and go and come (flies).
Noisy construction works on the docks, entrance road.
Beautiful views and great potential if these issues are alleviated.

It’s concerning that the WiFi did not meet your expectations, especially for streaming, as well as the mixed encounters with the dining staff. Your point on the inconsistent service is well-noted, and it sounds like some targeted training is needed to enhance our hospitality experience significantly.The presence of flies, can be off-putting, and this is seasonal on the Island; having attentive coverage at the breakfast station is essential. I can understand how this affects the overall dining experience. The construction noises on the docks (now completed) were to repair damages created during the passage of Hurrican Beryl and the road would be challenging as well; thank you for mentioning this so that guests can be more prepared.I’m grateful for your candid insights, and Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
