I had an incredible stay at the Bay House! The service, the food and oh my god, THE VIEWS! All immaculate! A plus all around. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Our stay at Bay House was really lovely. The location is wonderful with gorgeous views in a quiet residential area. Rooms and public areas beautifully clean and the pool just perfect. It is up a steep hill from Grand Anse but the views are spectacular both of mountains and the beach at Grand Anse. Had a relaxing massage too and some great cocktails! We will definitely be back.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated property with absolutely stunning views. Staff friendly and welcoming but very disorganised. Despite requesting an airport pick which was confirmed a week prior and also a few days before my arrival, I had provided my name, flight number and arrival details, there was no one go pick us up at the airport. The forgetfulness continued....no privacy screen in the room, so the adjoining balcony which is used by any and everyone, we could be viewed into our room. I had to ask twice for a privacy curtain to be provided as when initially raised after entering the room, this was forgotten. The room should have been checked prior to ensure this was installed. Food choices unavailable due to a film event the day we arrived (that we were not informed of), so we were provided with some of the evenings dinner which was partially raw. Was assured this would be collected from the room as the dining area was unavailable, After a few hours spent away, we returned to find the leftovers still in our room with the smells permeating the room....someone forgot to remove it. Following day, after leaving for the day and placing all dirty towels on the bathroom floor, returned to find it in the same way....maid had been to fix the beds but 'forgot' to enter the bathroom!! Breakfast was the biggest let down, the complimentary breakfast was non existent. Just cornflakes, cows milk and miniscule portions of fruit. After 6 days and still not replenished, terrible.

My stay at Bay House Hotel was excellent from the time I arrived. Lotten and her team were warm and welcoming. I stayed in room #5 so I had the perfect view of Grand Anse Beach and the beautiful sunsets. The room was immaculate, it gives a warm caribbean welcome home feel. Perfect for what I envision a caribbean stay should be. Anne, works as the hotel transport, very friendly and offers her services if you want to explore or tour other areas of the county. The only critique I have is with the "Continental Breakfast" which only offers a small plate of fruit and a bread basket. I felt as though as least the boiled eggs should be included. They do offer other menu items for a small add on fee. Also the beach shuttle should be available for other time slots (12-5 pm). I would definitely stay there again, Loved it!

Beautiful place, the view was magnificent. Although its close to Grand Anse area which is the busy, Bayhouse is a welcomed quiet and relaxation.The staff is friendly and very helpful..My husband an I enjoyed our stay...will definitely visit again.

The staff was very pleasant. They were always willing to help. The view is gorgeous and the rooms were unique. No complaints.
