"Just come back after a 4 night, all inclusive break. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. The food and drinks also fantastic. We are at Lume restaurant and the staff were unbelievable helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend as a great standard base. I can’t wait to return"

"We stayed for 3 days and had a good time. The hotel holds events and provides shuttles throughout the week to attractions and towns which is such a nice idea. The staff are very helpful. Water for the room is charged for. Continental breakfast was worth the money as there was a wide selection of food and everything was piping hot and tasty. "A smart hotel in an area with a lot of building work going on. It is also very close to a nightlife area that could be noisy. However if you get a "garden view" room, this overlooks a very large central garden and noise is not a problem. Breakfast is very good (although some of the hot dishes could dobwith being warmer) with a massive selection. Best hot option is the on demand kitchen dong eggs benedict; omelettes; and poached eggs."

"Had an enjoyable stay. AC stopped working 4 days before departure and host claimed she was unable to get it fixed, so that was incredibly uncomfortable in temperatures of about 35°, but other than that was ok. Pool could have been cleaner as it was turning greem towards the end of the stay. "
