I do not know her name but the woman who was working the front desk was truly amazing! All of them were. They were so friendly, kind, accommodating, and simply lovely!

everything was just fine till kids went into bed, after removing blankets they spotted many hairs over bedsheets, they just jumped from bed and wife was already at sleep, she woke up and start wiping the bed sheets. we were so tired that we had no time and patience for house keeping to change the bed sheet, it was obvious that cleaner didn't change bed sheets. I woke up at night thinking about why I didn't call home keeping for bed sheets change.. I was not expecting from Hilton for such practice for cost savings.. anyway it seems it will be hard for us to come back to Hilton going forward.

There were multiple strands of hair on the bedding and pillows, not sure if the linens were actually changed between guests. Otherwise, decent. But die to the lack of cleanliness of the bedding I cannot give best rating.
