My room was dirty. Mold on ceiling above shower and on bedside lamps. Shower floor dirty. Killed a roach and spider. Hair on bath towel. Floor not mopped. People coming and going until 4am. Worse hotel stay ever.

The room was good except the linen had dried blood stains. This was disgusting

No hot water . Read
other reviews. Hot water has been out or order like over a week now . It was close to my destination is reason I decided to stay here . Wld stay again if hot water was available.

Room and staff good,but no hot water.Knew that at check in,but still none in the morning as he said it would be repaired by then.

Let’s call it all sort of Water problems!
I would like to start the concerns as I walked into check-in. There was a notice that there is no hot water (I don’t have a choice coz my booking was non-refundable). Then I took the keys and opened the door and I was welcomed by a baby roach by the door (god please show some mercy on me, it’s 1AM). I went to the sink to brush and clean my face, guess what the sink drain knob wouldn’t open. Now I have to use the sink pool, Ofcourse it slowly drained by morning. As we don’t have hot water I didn’t even bothered taking shower (I did later in the loves after checkout), I then had wonderful situation when someone flush the toilet, I will have less water force in the sink.
Glad I got some decent sleep, and I ran out as fast as I can from this place.
What did I pay for 😢

This property had NO HOT WATER for a total of 5 days out of our 7 days stay. Front desk did not even notify guests, only had a sign for new guests checking in at the front desk. Front desk also had no idea when repairs were to be made or even if repairs WERE to even be done. I would like a refund for all the days with NO HOT WATER. Very irresponsible owners and managers.

Booked this hotel due to relatively decent rating for the price/hotel caliber. I'm not clear if the property has recently deteriorated dramatically, or if there have been false reviews posted for the property.
The room absolutely reeked of old cat urine smell, for one. I get that pets are allowed, this wasn't an 'I stayed a night or two with my cat in the room' smell, it was a 'I lived for an extended period in this room with multiple cats and never cleaned their litter' smell. I've only ever encountered this in houses with several cats and overflowing uncleaned litter boxes. That's the smell that greeted us.
REALLY shady individuals hanging around outside the hotel and loud music playing until late at night.
Other than the smell, it was dirty and oddly so humid in the room the sheets were damp and I had a hard time sleeping because of the damp, sticky feeling the bed had.
ALSO NOTE: THIS HOTEL DOES NOT SERVE BREAKFAST!
One of the things I specifically look for are hotels with free breakfast, to help cut down on trip costs. I chose this hotel in part because it listed free breakfast. When we went to eat in the morning, the clerk looked at me like I was stupid when I asked where the breakfast was, and declared rudely "No breakfast! Only coffee!"
If this is the case, the hotel should NOT list free breakfast as an amenity.
We will likely not stay at any Red Roof Inns in the future as a result of this experience.
